In-Person Programming

EarlyON Child and Family Centres provide community meeting places for all children, parents and caregivers to grow, learn and have fun - together!

Programs and services for parents and caregivers with children from 0 to 6 years of age.

All EarlyON Child and Family Centre programs, including Stay, Play and Learn require pre-registration.

Registration

You will be directed to the Simcoe County Children's Services website to register for our programs starting April 4th. 

You will be asked to create a profile. Once the profile is complete, you will be able to register for any virtual, indoor or outdoor program from EarlyON Child and Family Centres across the county.

You will receive a confirmation email the day before program confirming your registration. 

Protocols

All families must register in advance of participating in EarlyON programming. 

Registration limits currently apply. If you find a session closed, please try another day.

Families are asked to use the pre-screening tool 1-2 hours before arriving on site.

In-Centre Programming

At the EarlyON Centre, parents, caregivers and children can take part in a range of programs and activities, feel supported and share parenting information, receive information about programs and services that are available for young children, and talk to Early Years professionals as well as other parents and caregivers. There is no cost to attend any of our programs or activities.

Parent Child Interactive

Parent/Child Interactive programs such as Stay, Play and Learn, allow parents and caregivers to:

  • Take part with their children in a range of programs and activities
  • Get answers to questions
  • Get information about programs and services that are available for young children
  • Talk to early years professionals, as well as other parents and caregivers in the community

Infant and post-natal programs offer parents and caregivers the opportunity to connect with others and find parenting information, resources, and referrals.

Triple P Positive Parenting Program

Support your children to cope with life's ups and downs with the Triple P – Positive Parenting Program's simple, practical strategies. They’ve been proven to work around the world! Support your child’s emotional wellbeing; set family routines and rules that work; and make parenting more enjoyable!

We are currently only offering Triple P Positive Parenting Programs online. Please call one of the centres to find out when our next online Triple P program is running.
